put themselves on the Digest or in "no-mail" status when they are going
to be away.
Any
changes must be reported to BOTH the List Moderator and Sceretary.

you do not feel comfortable doing the changes yourself,
contact
the list adminstrators and they will do it for you.
Inform
the entire membership of any email address changes prior to the change,
and
it is courteous, but not neccessary, to let them know when you will
be awy from your computer
for
a long duration.
